Very happy Client
6 years agoBen just completed leveling our driveway. The driveway sank 1.5 inches and he was able to level the driveway with the garage floor. We are happy with his job. He stated that there is a 5-year warranty on this job, but it is not stated on the receipt or stated on the website. It was a verbal warranty, not sure if this will be honored in the future, just in case the driveway sink again.

FAQ
How does American Mud Jack INC determine pricing for mudjacking sunken driveways or porches?
We assess the extent of sinking, such as gaps over 1.5 to 4 inches, and the size of the concrete slab to provide a custom quote based on the slurry injection needed. Estimates factor in site preparation and the volume of voids to fill under the slab. Homeowners receive a detailed breakdown before work begins to understand the value of lifting without full replacement.
Are you licensed and insured for concrete leveling work?
American Mud Jack INC carries the necessary licensing and insurance required for concrete contracting and handyman services in the Denver metro area. This coverage protects homeowners during jobs like leveling garage floors or porches. Our long-standing operation since 1977 reflects a commitment to professional standards.
Does American Mud Jack INC handle leveling garage floors, porches, and driveways with sinking corners?
We specialize in mudjacking residential sunken driveways, porches, garage floors, and slabs in the Arvada and Denver metro areas. Jobs include lifting corners to seal garage doors properly and matching levels with adjacent surfaces like garage floors. Photos show typical issues like water pooling on porches and significant slab gaps that we address.
What is your typical timeline and scheduling process, including weekends?
We schedule jobs to fit homeowner needs, including weekends, with confirmed arrival windows to minimize wait times. Most projects, like lifting a driveway or porch several inches, complete in one day. Advance booking of about a month allows preparation, though we aim for prompt service.
How does American Mud Jack INC handle cleanup and after-care following mudjacking?
We patch the small drilled holes to match the existing concrete texture and clean up any excess slurry or debris from the site. The area is left tidy and usable soon after, with slabs ready for light traffic right away. A 5-year warranty covers the leveled concrete against settling issues.
Why is your mudjacking method safer and better than attempting a DIY concrete lift?
Our slurry injection uses hydraulic pressure through precisely drilled holes to fill voids and lift slabs evenly, avoiding uneven forces that DIY methods can't control. Professional equipment ensures stability without damaging the concrete, unlike makeshift fillers that erode or fail over time. This approach prevents hazards like tripping or poor drainage that worsen with improper attempts.
