2 months agoProvided an estimate when scheduling and the estimate was 100% accurate. Showed and explained the maintenance and claning that was performed on the furnace, AC, and water heater. Izzy was great! -

2 months agoChris came on time to service our furnace that was on the fritz . He made sure I understood the issue and gave us a solution. Update - the furnace stopped working again, a day after I spent $285 for Comfy Cave to tell me my filter was too strong and to take some photos. They quoted me $555 to clean the coil. Luckily, I had an HVAC-certified family member visiting who took a look at the furnace. It took him 15 minutes to clean the coil and he then replaced the $12 capacitor to get it working again. Comfy Cave should have caught that the capacitor wasn't working. After this experience, it's my opinion that Comfy Cave is dishonest and overpriced. -
