2 months agoTestimonial for Chad M - Property Doctors Exceptional Project Management and Home Repair Expertise I am extremely pleased with the results of my home repair project under the stewardship of Chad M. Once Chad was placed in charge, everything went smoothly and efficiently. He demonstrated excellent communication skills, clearly explaining the reasons for each repair and the associated costs, which helped secure approval from my insurance company. Chad effectively managed the crews and ensured that all work complied with the regulations and requirements of my hi-rise condo. The repairs were completed promptly, with remarkable attention to detail, and Chad frequently assisted personally with the repairs. His hands-on approach made a noticeable difference in the quality and speed of the work. Throughout the project, Chad served as a strong advocate for me, always looking out for my interests and ensuring the process was as stress-free as possible. His expertise in all facets of home repairs and remodeling was evident at every stage. I highly recommend Chad M. for anyone seeking a knowledgeable, reliable, and dedicated project manager for their home improvement needs. -

5 months agoWorking with this company has been the worst experience of my professional life. They are unreliable. Routinely tell me they will be there to work on the project and no one shows up. Told me they would get 2 toilets installed for months, literally took them months. No one showed up for essentially 4 months, from April - July 2025. Since the insurance company already paid them I have no leverage. They also misrepresented how much work had been done to the insurance company. A number of my tools went missing while they were working at the site. When they do come work they regularly leave the doors unlocked and semi-regularly physically open when they leave for the day. They leave multiple lights on almost every single time they come work. 2 Westminster inspectors said they were "incompetent" and the inspectors had never seen anyone try and use such under-sized support jacks. Unfortunately, this is a house fire claim and the insurance company already paid them so they rarely show up and work. The project is 7 months behind schedule due to their trying to cut corners on the I-beam supports. Luckily the City of Westminster caught that. Did not properly winterize the plumbing and had numerous burst pipes and joints when they turned the water back on. They were unwilling to replumb the house, even though that is what an independent master plumber recommended, but ripped it apart trying to fix all the leaks. That mistake added more than a month by itself. Property Doctors are unprofessional, incompetent, over-priced contractors with subpar work quality, terrible follow-through, and poor communication. I have to go behind them and fix terrible mudding, painting, caulking and other work. They have been terrible to work with, we only used them because our insurance company said they had worked with them before. Save yourselves a lot of time and trouble - Do Not Hire Property Doctors! I'm still trapped in a nightmare that should have been over 7 months ago. I have attached some photos to show the quality of their work. They claim these areas are finished and cleaned. These also come from just a couple of rooms. There have been much worse examples because initially I was going behind them fixing their very poor quality work. -

8 months agoWe had a great experience with Property Doctors. Our half bath and laundry room needed renovated from water damage. They helped coordinate the timing of each phase of the project. This was helpful to get us started. Once the project was underway, Chad, our project manager, stayed in touch with us every step of the way. He listened and responded to all our detailed questions and he followed through on every single part of the project. Thank you!

FAQ
How does Property Doctors, Inc. determine pricing for water damage restoration?
We provide free estimates after an on-site assessment by one of our project managers. During this visit, we evaluate the extent of water damage, identify affected materials, and determine what extraction, drying, and reconstruction work is needed. This allows us to give you an accurate quote tailored to your specific situation rather than a generic estimate. We're transparent about costs upfront so you know exactly what to expect before work begins.
Are you licensed and insured for water damage work?
Property Doctors, Inc. operates with the certifications and insurance required to handle water damage restoration, including mitigation and remediation services. We work directly with insurance adjusters on claims, which our customers have found helpful in coordinating coverage. If you have specific licensing or insurance questions, we encourage you to call us at 888-456-0911 so we can provide detailed documentation.
Does Property Doctors, Inc. handle sewage cleanup and hazardous water damage?
Yes, we handle the full spectrum of water damage scenarios, from clean water leaks to sewage cleanup and contaminated water situations. Our team uses proper safety protocols, including hazmat procedures, to contain and remove contaminated materials safely. We also provide mold remediation services, which often follows water damage events. This comprehensive approach means you don't need to hire multiple contractors for different phases of restoration.
What should I expect for timing and scheduling when I call for emergency service?
Property Doctors, Inc. operates 24/7, 365 days a year, and we guarantee a live person will answer your call immediately-no automated systems. We prioritize same-day service for emergencies because we understand that water damage worsens quickly. Our project managers coordinate the full timeline with you, breaking the work into phases so you understand when extraction happens, how long drying takes, and when reconstruction begins.
How does Property Doctors, Inc. handle water-damaged debris and cleanup?
We manage debris removal and cleanup as part of our comprehensive restoration process. Our team sets up containment barriers and uses specialized equipment to isolate affected areas, preventing contamination from spreading through your home. Once damaged materials are extracted and removed, we leave your space clean and ready for the reconstruction phase. We handle the messy work so you don't have to deal with hazardous materials or heavy lifting.
Why is professional water damage restoration better than trying to dry it out yourself?
Water damage extends far beyond what's visible-moisture penetrates walls, insulation, and structural materials where mold and rot develop silently over weeks. Professional restoration uses industrial-grade extraction and drying equipment that removes moisture from deep within materials, something household fans and dehumidifiers cannot achieve. We also identify hidden damage during assessment, coordinate with insurance, and ensure rebuilds meet code. Attempting DIY drying often leads to costly mold remediation and structural repairs that exceed the original damage cost.
