Today the delivered my clean rugs back to me and they look like brand new . My rugs were very old and very expensive and this company came highly recommended by different people and I am so glad that I hired them . I could not have asked for a better outcome . 8 months agoRug Ideas is a generationally owned carpet cleaning (mainly Persian & Iranian, others as well) company. We knew immediately that we had found our place. Dr. Kay, who knows everything about rugs, and his son, Kash, also extremely knowledgeable, are courteous, kind, and full of integrity. We took 6 rugs for washing and repair. Dr. Kay was able to identify the DNA of each rug and the town & weavers who created these works of art. We were given quotes (fair) and an estimate of when they'd be ready for pickup. Kash is always available by phone for questions or concerns. The rugs came back looking delightfully clean & ready to give us more enjoyment. I would recommend Rug Ideas to anyone without reserve. I'm grateful we found them. -

The very courteous team came out to our home to pick up three large rugs while we were doing a renovation. the guys were very knowledgable & worked with us on quotes for cleaning & some repairs. Also, they were willing to store the cleaned rugs while we completed our home. They also provided us with valuable insight & information about the rugs that had been in our family for over 50 years. I can't recommend them highly enough. Oh yea, this is coming from someone who has done over 250 Yelp Reviews, so this is a very credible critique.
