10 years agoJay was very helpful in giving me the numerous options that they had in store for hardwood flooring. He was easily accessible and was always there when I had nuanced questions. He knew every detail of the product and was very experienced with the delicate installation process and was not afraid to shoot it to me straight. The installers were super polite and did an outstanding job keeping my house clean before, during and after the installation. Jay was on top of the job the entire time. He came during the installation and even checked the finished product to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and they will definitely be my go-to guys if I ever need flooring done again. -

11 years agoI was happy with the buying, but the installer was a little bit sloppy. I found the owner and the man we were dealing with to be very honest. They had a good selection. They explained everything. They explained the fabric materials, and the differences between wool, nylon and polyester. Then he came and did the estimate. He was very prompt and explained how it will be done. That part was a very good experience. The only thing we found a little bit messy was the guy who came to install the carpet. -
