3 months agoFireplace Freddie is nothing short of amazing. I had two old school fireplaces that were prohibitively expensive to fix. Nick first came out and did an extremely thorough inspection and provided a detailed explanation of the level of work that would be required to bring the fireplace up to prime working condition. Doing that level of repair was not in the budget so he suggested the temporary fix of an electric fireplace. At first I wasn't sure about how they would look, but he showed me pics and I decided to go for it. I was on a tight turnaround time as I needed at least one installed before a holiday party. Patrick and Drake came out to do the installation and they were really knowledgeable. I was not thrilled by the idea of the cord showing and they found a way to run the cord behind the wall to keep it out of sight. On the second fireplace, a protruding pipe made installation tricky and Drake rigged a frame inside the fireplace to bypass the protrusion. They finished the first job in the time required and were both super nice and professional. Jose and Tim came back after the party to complete the second fireplace. They were equally awesome. They worked hard to finish the job in a single day. When the usual metal supplier closed early, they went above and beyond to find a supplier that could provide the metal framing that day . Both fireplaces look AMAZING and has elevated both rooms in my home. The entire staff at this company were extremely professional and reliable in that old school way you don't see often anymore these days. I would not hesitate to use them again and HIGHLY recommend this company. -

3 months agoI'm super happy with the Fireplace Freddie team - my job just finished up. We have an early 1900's house with a very tall chimney and complicated repairs that were done really well! Nick helped me scope out the details of the project, their paperwork was detailed in outlining the specifics of what they were going to do and Nick promptly arranged the team to get it done. Edward & Diego just finished up the great work and they were amazing!! They exceeded my expectations !! They were certainly GREAT at the work, AND fantastic customer service!! I asked lots of questions to understand what was all very foreign to me - Edward was super patient and kind in explaining everything and sketched out what he was doing. They were super careful in our home and cleaned up really thoroughly!! Edward expressed his interest in problem solving our unique situation which helped me feel his full engagement in our job. If I still had people working for me, he would be top of the list! Jordan, the project leader, was super responsive and cooperative to work with. Cheryl and Shannon from the office were always up beat with a can do attitude ! I trust their team! -

I truly enjoyed seeing the work crew during the days of our project.
