I was thoroughly impressed by their knowledge and attention to detail. I was equally impressed by their bid. The work they did for me was extensive and detailed and I have to say that they exceeded my expectations. After watching them work together, up close, am convinced that there is nothing that Kyle,Doug Nick and Don can't repair and make perfect. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any and all of your repair needs. If you choose to go with you won't be disappointed. -

An inspection was done and localized termite spraying was scheduled the same week. I'm relieved to know that the termites are gone. I will definitely call David for any future concerns. -

5 months agoDavid is the owner and will come out and see what needs to be done . He will show you the obvious,, obvious to him not to the untrained eyes like me ! I was very very happy with his analysis of where my termites are and what he did to rid me of them He also installed a nice screen inside My skirts air vents , long over due for me so I asked him if he could do this for me . The 2 jobs were expertly done by his crew ,, Nik and Doug , these guys sure know the job When looking for a company to handle termites and to screen your skirt to keep rodents from entering,,I highly recommend UTC TERMITE CONTROL AND SPEAK TO DAVID -

1 year agoDavid, the owner, did a complete home inspection. He showed me and explained everything that he found that needed repairing. We had a fixed price before he left our house which we view fair and acceptable. His crew arrived on time and finished the job right on schedule. Both of his crew members took the time to explain what they were doing and why. Their work was excellent including clean up. I had a broken tile on my roof which aloud for the rain to get down into the a couple of the rafters and cause wood rot, which was part of the repair quoted. They told me where I could a new tile and how to fix. Ten minutes after they left, they came back and installed a new tile on my roof. They remember that they had a left over tile in their truck. They did the tile repair for no charge. My wife and I are both very satisfied with their work and service.
