1 year agoHad a most amazing experience with Super Mario Carpet Cleaning and Floor Care! They decalcified our shower and tiles, as well as cleaned the grout on our kitchen tile countertops. Our shower never looked better! They are SO friendly and courteous and take every precaution to keep the integrity and cleanliness of your house: they wear protective shoe covers, they protect the floors and surrounding areas, covering them as needed. FAQ
How much does Super Mario Carpet Cleaning & Floor Care charge for carpet cleaning and how is pricing determined?
We determine pricing based on the size of the area, type of flooring or fabric, and level of soil or staining present. Carpet cleaning is quoted per room or square footage, while specialized services like tile restoration or upholstery add specific fees depending on the scope. Contact us for a custom quote tailored to your home's needs.
Are you licensed and insured for carpet cleaning and floor care services?
Super Mario Carpet Cleaning & Floor Care carries full licensing and insurance to protect your property during every job. Our husband-and-wife team operates as registered professionals in San Marcos, ensuring compliance with local standards for carpet contracting and water damage work. This coverage handles any unexpected issues, giving homeowners peace of mind.
Does Super Mario Carpet Cleaning & Floor Care handle travertine polishing, grout cleaning, and shower decalcification?
We specialize in travertine polishing to restore dull surfaces, grout cleaning for kitchen counters and floors, and shower decalcification to remove buildup. These services tackle tough issues like etched stone or stained grout that DIY methods often worsen. Our process ensures long-lasting results without damaging delicate materials.
What is your typical timeline for completing a carpet or floor cleaning job?
We schedule appointments with clear arrival windows and complete most residential jobs in a single visit, depending on the home's size. Expect 15-30 minutes per room for carpets, with extra time for tile or upholstery restoration. We aim for efficient service so you can resume normal use quickly after drying.
How does Super Mario Carpet Cleaning & Floor Care leave the home after service, including waste handling?
We remove all waste water, debris, and cleaning residues using truck-mounted extraction equipment, leaving no mess behind. Your floors and carpets are thoroughly rinsed and positioned for fast drying, with furniture returned neatly if moved. Homeowners appreciate walking into a clean, tidy space ready for immediate use.
Why is your professional carpet cleaning and stain removal method safer and more effective than DIY?
Our meticulous approach uses pre-treatment for stubborn stains, hot water extraction, and thorough rinsing to remove dirt that DIY vacuums or rentals miss. Unlike home kits that can oversaturate fibers or leave residues attracting more soil, we ensure stains do not return by addressing root causes. This professional process protects your investment in carpets and floors over time.
