Steve just completed tile maintenance including tile replacement, cleaning, sealing, and grouting in the common areas of our large condominium complex. Perfect work. Steve is very easy to work with. 11 months agoWe loved working with Steve! He was such a joy to have in our home. He was extremely careful and thoughtful about the tile layout- a true artist. We had chosen a heavy yet delicate marble, and he took great care in setting it, including a detailed herringbone design in the bottom of the shower. Please see the attached photos. We had marble installed on the walls, and it in the shower, plus a tile accent wall behind our bathroom mirror. It's so lovely, we are super grateful for Steve! -

10 years agoSteve Warner, Pacific Heights Tile & Marble treated our property as if it were his own. I am on the HOA board at 2200 Pacific Avenue. We have a 12 story building with a Rooftop swimming pool in Pacific Heights, a rare amenity in the city of San Francisco. We had a number of small pool tile repairs at the water's edge and on the coving around the pool in addition to some cracked tile in the elevator lobby and around the pool skimmer. It took a real artisan to replace and repair the tile and no one would ever know there had ever been a repair issue on our Rooftop pool deck. Then we had the pool drained and Steve thoroughly washed and deep cleaned our tiled pool and it now literally sparkles. Steve goes above and beyond and takes pride in his work, plus he is a real gentlemen. We definitely will use Steve again, however he has done such a great job, it may be a few years away!
