11 years ago. After a bad experience with Empire we decided to go local and checked with HT flooring. The salesman was very responsive to our needs and came out to the house immediately behind us to do the estimate measurements. The following afternoon he emailed me the estimate. 5700 for upstairs and down (minus the bed and bath rooms)and replacing the carpet. Empire quoted us 6800 just for the upstairs. We scheduled the install date and the installers were punctual. After a walk thru of the areas to be floored to verify choices, they immediately went to work. At the end of day one they even moved furniture upstairs for us without being asked. The job was complete in two days and looks fantastic. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff at this business. We will use them again for sure.
