3 months agoRyan made a great first impression regarding trimming 6 queen palms, but we specifically asked if they used spikes and were told 'No.' The workers ended up using spikes on all the trees they climbed which was our primary concern we addressed during the estimate. We now have holes in our trees from the ground and were offered a minimal discount after. Do Not Trust This Company. -

3 months agoDo yourself a favor and find another contractor. They provided a quote in line with others but when it came time to deliver the work was beyond subpar. I couldn't even tell what had been trimmed so I checked my cameras and saw very little work being done. I had to hire another contractor after they kept stalling on addressing my concerns. This continued on until I told them I didn't want them to work for me any longer. Best $1 I ever lost as I hired a professional service that took care of the trees -

5 months agoThis review has been a long time coming (this was done last year) - I didn't want to review this because then it would make this horror a reality. I'm getting misty eyed just typing this. They sent a consultant over to talk about how we wanted the tree trimmed for its general health so we could keep it for years to come. But the consultant was pointless. When the crew came, they totally butchered the tree. I'll let the picture speak for itself. This is NOT how you trim an evergreen. A major hack job like this is permanent and will have the tree fighting for survival the rest of its life! I am so, so sad at this loss. We will probably have to cut it down because it is so imbalanced now and the top-heaviness could make falling branches a liability. Do not hire these tree butchers or you'll be mourning your tree as I am. -

8 months agoHorrible service! Ryan (good guy) comes out to look at the scope of work, quotes a price and sells the job. But then the owner Larry gets involved to do the work, and that's when doing business with this company becomes a disaster! -
