2 years agoI'll start out by saying that our floors look great because of the installers and demo folks . The owner of the company and her project manager are the most combative and difficult people to work . They were not solution oriented and instead kept bragging about their other successful project . We had to be our own quality control on what planks were being laid . Would never recommend them! -

The crew was great-they were respectful of my time and home ad helped arrange my furniture as best as possible each day before they left and kept things as clean as possible for a project like this. Would definitely recommend! -

3 years agoThis is the second time we have used this company with Bill Hess the president of the company. Bill is always helpful with ideas and recommendations. We are extremely pleased with all the work in installing wood flooring for all our bedrooms a few years ago to just recent. Bill's right hand lead installer, Bryan, is terrific. He does a fabulous job and ensures staff are working according to his expectations. Bryan has been with Bill 15years plus. I highly recommend Bill Hess and his company for your flooring desires and needs.
