From the moment I contacted them, their team was responsive, professional, and very knowledgeable. 2 months agoEvery single person I had contact with at Certified Restoration left me with such gratitude. Everyone was knowledgeable, positive, personable, and especially understanding during the time I was out of my home because of a neighbor's burst pipe that unfortunately damaged multiple rooms in my condo. Tad was my first contact, and his humor matched mine which made the realization my home was flooded a little less disappointing. Jake and his construction team that works with CR did a kick ass job with helping me pick out quality items that fit my home's vision. Both of them were super communicative throughout the whole process which I can't say I appreciate enough. If you're on the fence, go with them. I'd put 15/5 stars if I could! Lastly, I'll update this with before and after pics once everything set up. It looks amazing with everything bare but be just patient. -

3 months agoI highly recommend this business if you got flooded. My office got flooded on a weekend. These guys came fully prepared on a very short notice. The equipment they had was very sophisticated and they were able to dry everything with minimal damage. All of them had military clearance, were very professional and the work they have done was very clean and fast. I wanted to stay operational during the drying process, so one of the guys (Tad) would come early in the morning to carefully remove all of the drying equipment and then put it back on at night. This allowed me to have minimal down time. They were able to reach into the hardest corners and complete the drying process with great success. I am very grateful for all the work they have done! I hope none of us will ever get flooded again, but if you do, I will highly recommend this business. -

3 months agoI want to preface this review by saying it is a long read, but every detail is necessary to fully describe how incredible Certified Restoration is. I am eternally grateful to Michael (the owner) and Tomas - they were truly my saving graces during one of the most stressful experiences of my life. As a first-time homeowner, five days before a cross-country move, my upstairs laundry room flooded. Water covered the laundry room floor, hallway, and adjoining bedroom, and even leaked through the light fixtures into the garage below. After shutting off the water, I spent hours panic-drying hundreds of gallons with every towel and blanket I hadn't yet packed. I was physically drained and emotionally exhausted. I called several water restoration companies. The first to respond did a brief walkthrough, used a basic moisture meter only in the affected areas, and told me anything damp would need to be ripped out - calling it a "full gut job." When I explained that I was moving across the country in days and had a tenant moving in within three weeks, they said they couldn't provide any timeline for completion. They dropped off a few fans and a dehumidifier and said they'd return in a couple of days. A few hours later, Michael from Certified Restoration called me back. I thanked him but mentioned I had already hired another company. Instead of ending the call, he asked me to explain what happened. He could clearly hear the stress in my voice. After listening carefully, he offered to come by the next day to give me a second opinion - no pressure, no obligation. I figured I had nothing left to lose at that point, so I arranged to meet him the following day. That decision turned out to be one of the best I've ever made as a homeowner. When Michael and Tomas arrived, they immediately pointed out that the equipment the other company brought was completely insufficient. They used an infrared camera to show me just how extensive the water damage actually was. Tomas walked me through the home room by room, clearly explaining every affected area. When I asked Michael for his professional opinion, he told me his goal was to "save every material possible and dry out as much as they could." They were confident they could preserve almost everything except the flooring. I asked about timing due to my upcoming move and tenant. Michael promised the job would be completed within three weeks and said he would prioritize my home because of the circumstances. I hired him on the spot. I immediately had the other company remove their equipment. When I told Michael I was ready to move forward, he brought over three times the equipment the first company had used. They removed all affected flooring and baseboards and opened part of the garage ceiling and wall to properly dry the structure - doing what should have been done from the start. Unlike the first company, whose approach felt focused on maximizing insurance billing, Michael's focus was clearly on doing the job right. Michael encouraged me to call anytime with questions or concerns. He always responded promptly and consistently reassured me that my home was in good hands and that I didn't need to worry. A few days later, I left the state to close on my dream home and trusted Michael and Tomas entirely with my California property. They fully delivered. The house was ready on time for my tenant to move in as promised. Weeks later, when the tenant reported a small issue with one of the items repaired, I contacted Michael. He apologized immediately and sent someone out right away to fix it - no hesitation. The compassion, integrity, and professionalism Michael brings to his business are rare. I truly wish him and Certified Restoration nothing but continued success. If you ever find yourself in a stressful restoration situation, this is the company you want on your side. -

3 months agoOK these guys are the real deal - if you have any sort of mold issue and want a professional crew to clean it up for you, stop your search and just call these guys! We had an urgent moisture + mold issue due to the recent rains, and Tad scheduled us on extremely short notice, got a crew out here to do an assessment + free quote, and was able to come in immediately to remediate. The price was lower than we expected, and the remediation was much more thorough than we anticipated. As far as the remediation itself, we were blown away - they sealed the room off with a plastic entryway, established negative pressure, performed multiple HEPA scrubs, used a non-toxic antimicrobial wash at our request, and even left the HEPA air scrubbers overnight to ensure nothing was left. Bryan was our technician, and we couldn't say enough great things - he was patient, kind, and most importantly, extremely knowledgeable about anything that we needed to know about mold. Thank you again, and would happily do business again with them without looking around for other options, should the need ever arise!
