5 months agoI used Pacific Autow Center for the first time today to have my disabled car towed to a repair shop. I am extremely happy I chose them! The tow truck driver, Jason, was awesome! He arrived on time and he was so conscientious about making sure my car was properly secured for towing while not incurring any damage to it. It arrived at the repair shop intact! I highly recommend using Pacific Autow Center for their pricing and service and I will use them again if ever needed. -

9 months agoI was visiting my aunt ,she is 91-years old.i parked my car where I always park when I visit her for the past five years. As I came out to get my high blood pressure meds I see a tow truck taking my car. I told the driver to put it down and I will pay him on the spot ,he kept wanting to drive of and nearly hit me .After I made him stop he got nasty and wanted to argue and fight .I finally had to pay 187.50 to get my car off the tow truck.(normal charge is under 100 Dollars. He was a rude and very much a jerk . P.s the apartments did not have an area for visitor parking ,and they even tried to tow my aunt's caregivers car.they steal your car And overcharge. -

1 year agoLast weekend, our Tesla got a flat tire and we were stuck out in Julian where the paved road ended. We were lucky to get help from an amazing tow truck driver! Super friendly, arrived quicker than expected (even though we were 60+ miles away), and he made a stressful situation way easier. Jon was professional, positive, and clearly knew what he was doing. He even offered some tips on Tesla roadside assistance for any future issues. Highly recommend if you ever need a tow-especially out in the middle of nowhere! Thank you so much!
