From the moment I called, their team was professional, responsive, and reassuring during what could have been a very stressful situation. Leo Junior was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire service. Leo Junior was quick and efficient, arriving promptly and getting right to work without wasting any time. What truly stood out was how careful and considerate he was with my vehicle. He handled everything with precision and made sure my car was secured safely before transporting it. His professionalism and friendly attitude made a huge difference and gave me complete confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. On top of the excellent service, their pricing was very reasonable-especially considering the quality, speed, and care they provided. It's rare to find a towing company that combines affordability with such high standards of service. If you ever find yourself in trouble with your vehicle, I highly recommend Ledesma Towing. 4 months agoI live in a residential neighborhood which is family-oriented heavy; kids, dogs, parks, elementary schools, bicyclists, joggers etc.. Therefore, years ago, the City of San Diego put speedbumps & more stop signs (everywhere) to enforce drivers to slow down for the safety of everyone. While jogging on my street I see one of Ledesma's yellow tow trucks approaching a 4-way stop sign; which I'm also approaching. Disappointedly the driver makes ZERO effort to stop & drives right through the intersection in this 'big' yellow Ledesma's tow truck. This isn't okay whether there was no one or no car at the intersection. You see a stop sign, you stop. It's common sense! Well, at the same intersection towards the end of 2022, a driver also chose NOT to stop at the stop sign, this time hitting & killing a pedestrian. I called Ledesma immediately to report this bad driving. A woman picks up. She sounds irritated. I tell her what happened. She said she'll take care of it & call me back. I receive no callback, so in-effect & bc I care about my neighborhood & the safety of everyone ... I'm leaving a 1-star to get their attention on this serious matter. Do you really want to risk 1 of your drivers hitting & killing someone in your work vehicle bc they don't want to stop at a stop sign? I doubt it ... Correct your driver(s) driving immediately. -
