Our HVAC started working intermittently so we called All Year Heating & Air. We've used them before and found them to be fast and reliable. Cameron Hansen arrived the next day, and checked our system. It turned out to be the thermostat. But he checked everything and found all to be within tolerances. As our house and original HVAC was 22 years old, we asked Cameron his thoughts on a new system. He explained the currant industry, and where California was going (Heat Pumps by 2030, and no gas furnaces would be sold in California. Thanks Gov. NEWSENCE). When we're ready, we'll certainly be calling All Year Heating and Air to install our new system.

We had Allyear install and service our AC since we bought our home. The most recent service they were able to top off the Freon and add sealant to see if that stops a small leak. The tech Sean Schillianskey was knowledgeable and did a great job communicating what he was doing

FAQ

How does ALL YEAR Heating, Air and Solar determine pricing for HVAC repairs and installations?

We provide custom quotes based on a thorough assessment of your system and the specific work needed. During an initial visit, our technicians evaluate the scope of repairs or installation requirements, equipment specifications, and any additional materials or labor involved. We're transparent about what's included in our estimate so you understand the full cost before we begin work. Contact us to schedule a free assessment and receive a detailed written estimate.

Are you licensed and insured to perform HVAC work in Sacramento?

ALL YEAR Heating, Air and Solar maintains the proper licensing and insurance required to operate as an HVAC contractor in California. We carry workers compensation and general liability coverage to protect both your home and our team during service calls and installations. You can verify our credentials and ask for proof of insurance during your initial consultation to ensure you're working with a qualified, protected contractor.

Does ALL YEAR Heating, Air and Solar handle ductwork inspection and repair?

Yes, we inspect and repair ductwork as part of our comprehensive HVAC services. Leaky, kinked, or poorly designed ducts can significantly reduce system efficiency and comfort, so we evaluate your ductwork during diagnostics and recommend repairs or modifications when needed. Our technicians can identify issues in crawl spaces, attics, and other areas where ducts run through unconditioned spaces, and we address problems like disconnects, poor insulation, and airflow restrictions to optimize your system's performance.

What should I expect for arrival time and how quickly can you schedule service?

ALL YEAR Heating, Air and Solar prioritizes responsive scheduling to get your system back in working order promptly. We work to accommodate your availability and aim for timely arrivals on scheduled service days. When you call or contact us online, our office staff can discuss your situation and find an appointment window that works for your schedule. Emergency repairs and urgent issues receive priority attention to minimize your downtime.

How does ALL YEAR Heating, Air and Solar handle cleanup after HVAC work is completed?

We treat your home with respect and leave the work area clean and organized once the job is finished. Our team removes debris, disposes of old equipment or materials properly, and ensures your home is returned to its original condition. Whether we're performing a repair in a crawl space, replacing a furnace, or installing a new rooftop unit, we manage cleanup as part of our professional service so you don't have to worry about the mess.

Why is professional HVAC installation better than attempting repairs or installation myself?

HVAC systems involve complex electrical connections, refrigerant handling, precise airflow calculations, and building code compliance that require specialized training and certification. Improper installation or repair can reduce efficiency, shorten equipment lifespan, void manufacturer warranties, and create safety hazards. Our certified technicians follow industry best practices for refrigerant charge verification, line set sizing, condensate management, and system commissioning to ensure your system operates safely and at peak efficiency for years to come.
