1 month agoI've been with Noble Way for many years and it is excellent; I have periodic maintenance every other month and all techs that I've encountered have been really knowledgeable, efficient, and supportive of the periodic maintenance needs as well as any issues I report to them. They listen attentively to any issues I or questions I may have. Mainly I have occasional hornet and wasp nests that crop up, they address them while also inspecting the entire perimeter of my home and yard areas to identify any other nests and/or issues I may not be aware of. Today's maintenance was no different. Josh Howard is my usual technician and when I told him I'd like to have the usual nesting areas checked, he did in fact find and ID quite a few and immediately addressed them all. Josh is very professional, cordial/friendly, and empathetic to my pest concerns as a homeowner. He should be considered a "value add" to the Noble Way Team and Organization. I very much appreciate Josh and Noble Way service and all the other techs that provide that service! -
