14 years agoOur dryer had stopped working and was giving an error code indicating a clogged dryer vent. Cleaning the screen of the lint trap and vacuuming the inside of the dryer where the lint collects was insufficient, so I called an appliance repair service. They came out, inspected the situation, tested the dryer and determined that the problem was not with the dryer but was a clog somewhere in the dryer vent. So, I called Miller's to come and clean out the dryer vent. They were able to come the same day - within 2 hours, actually.The service representative arrived a few minutes early (less than 10) and got right to work. He inspected the openings of the dryer vent inside and outside before beginning the work, asking numerous questions about the problem. He was able to clean out the dryer vent, sprayed it was a solution that should reduce lint build up, and tested the dryer to make sure everything was working properly before he left. The service rep was pleasant and polite. Our dog liked him, too. :) -

19 years agoRay, the technician was really nice. He arrived early and called first to make sure it would be okay. I've been in my house less than a year. He informed me the carpet was 5-6 years old and probably had never been cleaned which I had already suspected. I had 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, hallway and stairs cleaned. He was careful to keep the outside door closed so my cats would not escape. During the cleaning he had an asthma attack from all the cat hair but would not leave until the job was done. He worked really hard, but the carpet did not come out as well as expected. I don't know if it's because of the carpet's condition or the products used by the company, maybe it's a combination of both. -

20 years ago$214 I was told that they would be here between 1-4. They called at 2 saying they were not their way and did not show up till 4:30pm. The tech was not professional as he was smoking when coming to the door. The tech did not go over the invoice prior to cleaning resulting in additional charges we were not expecting to pay. -

20 years agoTHIS WAS A LITTLE MORE COSTLY THAN I EXPECTED. I GOT THE NAME FROM A SERVICE FLYER THEY SENT OUT WITH A COUPON FOR VENT CLEANING AT $7.95 PER VENT. WHEN ALL WAS ADDED UP IT WAS A BIT MORE THAN I EXPECTED TO PAY. THE PEOPLE WERE POLITE. TWO MEN ARRIVED ON TIME. ONE WAS ABLE TO STAND ON THE VACUUM AND REACH THE VENTS AND THE OTHER WAS SUPPOSED TO TAKE OFF THE VENT COVERS. FORTUNATELY I OWN A LADDER BECAUSE THE MEN DIDN'T HAVE ONE. I SHOULD HAVE CONSULTED ANGIE'S LIST BEFORE HIRING. I WILL FROM NOW ON. I GIVE THEM AN A FOR ARRIVING ON TIME AND A C- FOR WORKING EFFICIENTLY. -
