Scotty was extremely polite and took the time to clearly explain his pricing breakdown based on the number of rooms we needed cleaned. At that point, we were still shopping around, trying to find a balance between the best deal and the best service. I already knew that for quality service, you sometimes have to give a little more, and Scotty made it clear why his company is rated 5 stars. After our call, Scotty followed up with a detailed text explaining the products they use and their overall cleaning process. That transparency alone set them apart. We ended up booking a Sunday morning/afternoon appointment. On the day of service, Alberto called us about 30 minutes before arrival, which we really appreciated because we were running an errand and it gave us time to get home. When we arrived, Alberto was already prepping hoses and water. He greeted me with a handshake and introduced himself, something I really value, as professionalism like that is becoming rare. My wife and I walked through the house with Alberto, pointed out areas of concern, and asked several questions about the products and cleaning process. Alberto had no issue explaining everything in detail, even going as far as comparing how hot their steam gets versus other companies that can't reach the same temperature. That reassurance made us feel confident that our carpets were going to come out clean and fresh. We also asked if we could see the water afterward since our carpets hadn't been cleaned in 9-10 years. Honestly, we expected it to be extremely dirty. While it wasn't clear, it was much cleaner than expected, to the point where even Alberto commented on how good it looked for carpets that old. My family and I are extremely happy with the results and beyond satisfied with the customer service. From Scotty, the owner, to Alberto in the field, this company truly delivers. We will absolutely be recommending Easy Clean Carpet Care to friends and family, and they've gained a customer for life. Thank you again, Scotty and Alberto! -

The results were amazing-no stains and no lingering odors at all. They provided a 30-50 minute arrival window, which I really appreciated. The technician was consistent, professional, and had a great attitude throughout the service. The quality of work was outstanding-they do the job once and do it right. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of carpet cleaning services. Easily a 6/5. Great work.
