Allen was great with recommendations when we were selecting our floors!! Super flexible & very responsive with any concerns or questions we had!! Alex the installer and crew did a brilliant job installing the flooring and baseboards!!! Alex was wonderful putting up with all our questions and suggestions Lol Really great customer service! The installers, lead by Alex were professional, on time, clean, and we love our new floors. A negative experience with Keller Interior lead us to Allen and I am incredibly grateful for that. 2 years agoContacted Allen and he provided me with a quote that was within the range I was expecting. We scheduled the appt. and the communication was excellent. On the night before he communicated Jaime would be arriving to perform the demob. Jaime arrived and introduced himself and prepared to drape off both rooms. Jaime was very professional and performed excellent work with his crew. They demob'd the kitchen and dining room tiles, hauled away all the garbage and cleaned up both room.
