3 years agoThe company was responsive with good communication skills unlike so many other handyman companies. They responded to our RFP in a timely manner and sent Kenny out to the site. Kenny was very knowledgeable and provided both design and technical measurements and recommendations. They followed up with a reasonable quote. Months later when the materials we ordered were ready to be delivered, we scheduled time for Kenny and his team to come out. We then signed a contract. Everything was done professionally. They answered all of our questions well and clearly during the process. We had so many changes due to materials that never got manufactured or never arrived (supply chain problems), but they managed everything with aplomb. Even towards the end of the project, when Kenny was sick for several days, he was still working to coordinate his team to finish our project. We were very impressed of his work ethics and the good quality work they provided! Highly recommended. -

4 years agoKenny and his team recently replaced a shower unit and toilet for me and retiled the shower wall and floor. He also did a few other items, such as replacing a piece of glass in a door and clean up an extractor fan/light. Kenny was punctual, professional and conscientious. The team worked hard every day and kept the place as clean and tidy as possible. Neysa helped to coordinate arrangements prior to the work starting and it was quite easy to communicate over WhatsApp/email. I would highly recommend! -
