I i especially liked his attention to details, making sure things are done correctly, making us aware if something can break in future, doing his work quietly, punctuality, finally cleaning debris and packaging trash when job is done. It is difficult to find people who does work professionally. I highly recommend him. -

3 months agoAfter a flood earlier this year, I needed to replace the bathroom flooring I had just installed a few months prior. The flood happened because the previous flooring company failed to properly secure the washing machine's drain hose, causing it to come loose and flood both my laundry room and bathroom. It was a stressful situation, and I was worried about having to start over. VDO came in and completely turned things around. They removed the damaged flooring quickly and professionally, and recommended switching from the water-resistant laminate I originally had to a waterproof Pergo vinyl that would actually hold up to moisture. Their communication was clear, they explained every step, and they took the time to make sure the subfloor and surrounding areas were dry and prepared before installing anything new. The new waterproof vinyl looks beautiful, feels sturdy, and gives me so much more peace of mind. VDO's attention to detail, quality of work, and overall professionalism were exactly what I needed after dealing with problems from the previous installers. I'm extremely happy with the results and highly recommend VDO to anyone needing flooring or repair work. They truly did an outstanding job. -
