Doug is knowledgeable, kind, and somehow manages to take my "let's save the planet and avoid chemicals" requests and my "also please remove the rats and wasps immediately" demands in stride. He listens, he explains, and he never makes me feel like I'm being unreasonable (even when I absolutely am). I can count on Pony Express Pest Control to show up, respect my values, and get the job done quickly and professionally. This is a true small, local business - and I'm proud to support it. -

5 months agoThe service was good. They eliminated the rodent issue. However, the 30 day follow up service, included in the service, was not good. They kept changing the date giving various reasons. Finally after 3 no shows. I have given up. I won't be using them again. -

He is very experienced in his field and his techniques are super effective and eliminates pests quickly and effectively. He's very accommodating and comes out to deal with a problem on very short notice. Highly recommend!
