1 month agoFence looks good, however, boards over the steel posts are not secured correctly and are falling off. There are exposed screws sticking out in some places over an inch. The post holding the gate was not set correctly and is leaning. I've reached out to the company 3 times via phone and email and have not received responses. My understanding is the fences have a 5 year warranty, but I can't even get them to respond to emails. Edit: I see your reply, how about start by honoring your warranty and fixing my gate? -

6 months agoWould give 6 stars if I could. If you need a fence of any material, this is your company. Referred to us by several neighbors who had used them and were very happy with Horizon's work. From the first call to the office to schedule an appointment with Marisol, to the (best of 3) estimate presentation by Nick, through the installation (ONE DAY! 158 feet of redwood boards+ 3 rails, +kicker) by Ron, Angel and Angelo the whole experience was professional, courteous, down-to-earth, efficient and quality! Great value, discount for cash (we love Orangevale/Roseville family owned companies ) Thanks everyone for the envious fence. We've received so many compliments (and thanks) from the neighbors. It's certainly the best free advertising for your team. Can't wait to stain it *photos are before and after -

Gilbert, the fence builder, did an outstanding job - the quality of his craftsmanship shows in every panel. He worked efficiently, kept the area clean, and paid attention to every detail.
