Thorough, professional, friendly, they do what they say they will do when they say they will do it (more rare than you'd think!), and they go above and beyond to address your issues. They brought a colleague to help seal up my garage, and in the process fixed a misaligned door to the side yard just to be nice. I've worked with several pest companies and they are, hands down, the best. -

I can't believe how many places they found to look and to spray! They even went outside and helped us with some other issues we didn't know we had. My family is so grateful for how organized and efficient and comprehensive Sophie's services are. Plus, they are good-hearted people who seem to really care about helping. I can't give them enough thumbs up! (Two isn't enough!) I promise, you will be so happy that you chose this company if you need help with pests!!!! -
