2 months agoTim Beatham from Bee Thumb Electric prides himself in exemplary customer service and solid work. I called after hours for a service call and he was very accommodating and transparent. He provided upfront cost for the service call and the difference if I waited until the following morning for the service call. Being impatient, I preferred the night time service to restore power to my upstairs bedrooms. He arrived within an hour of my call and was ready to get to work. Very friendly expert technician. He troubleshot the issue (faulty breaker) and had power restored in less than an hour. If you want a solid electrician who you won't feel is feeding you a bunch of nonsense to make an extra buck, call Tim. -

I then called BeeThumb and Tim answered right away. He said he'd be there in a couple of hours but showed up in about 30 minutes. Super friendly, quickly diagnosed the problem, didn't try to upsell me, gave honest advice about my panel, and only charged the standard service fee. Highly recommend Tim -

2 months agoI hired a handyman to fix what I thought would be a simple problem (outlet died in my bathroom), but he couldn't fix it. Then I called Bee Thumb Electric, which I should have done in the first place because when Tim came out he fixed the problem in about 15 minutes and charged me less than the handyman! Highly recommend! -
