I walked into the store, and they outright told me they didn't want my business in a completely dismissive manner just because my order quantity didn't meet their standards. If they have minimum order requirements, there are far more respectful ways to communicate that instead of turning away potential customers with such arrogance. -

Both Mark and Ethan were extremely patient and helpful with our end finish preferences. They invested their time to produce numerous samples in order to match the exact color we wanted. Our floors came out beautiful at the end! Highly recommended to anyone looking to purchase wood floors. -

5 years agoPlaneta Legno makes the finest interior floors that I have seen in the 60 year that I have been buying, selling and renovating apartments and townhouses. We have but these floors from retailers in South Florida, DC and NYC. Their retailers have all provided a high level of service, but PLFloors Miami is the best of all of them -
