5 years agoSteven's Flooring Plus is unprofessional and rude. We had an appointment set 2 months in advance for floor repairs and had termite tenting scheduled around that repair. This company called the day before asking if we could reschedule, and when we told them we can't they just hung up the phone. The day they were supposed to arrive they were a no-show and we had to call them to find out that they flat out decided not to come do the job at all, leaving us to scramble to find another company that can do the repairs near the holidays so we don't have to reschedule the tenting and pay fees that go along with that. I would not recommend this company to anyone. -
