My experience with the company through the initial phone call to the companies workers coming over to do a consultation has been an ease to handle as well as a pleasurable interaction! Shay introduced himself with a smile at the front door and a great attitude. When coming over he did an efficient and timely assessment of the couches I needed cleaned. He also helped me decide the best path for cleaning the couch and assured me the whole time through that what ever the customer wants is what they will get. He was in and out in a timely manner and handled this job with care and attention to detail! We had a stain left over from usage and it came all up with their hard work! The whole couch was finished within 30 minutes! I am completely blown away. I will be referring this company as well as Shay to friends and family and will keep this contact on hand !! It was a pleasure to interact with this company. Thank you for all you guys do! -
