  I had difficulty in finding a reliable local Professional to clean my rug and as it's very old I was quite particular about who I used to help me maintain it. I'd also had some less than positive experiences in the past! After speaking with Martin I just knew he would get the job done. He picked up the rug, hand washed it as it should be done, and returned it to me within 2 weeks. When the rug was returned, the colors were much more vibrant and it was by far, the best cleaning I had ever had on that rug and the quickest turn around. They spent a good deal of time repositioning it on the floor in just the right spot and were delightful to work with. Their pricing was fair and their attitude was one of pure kindness and pride in what they do. I hired them again today to clean 3 chairs & a sofa. They took their time and both worked on each piece. They did a wonderful job. My upholstery fabrics all look brand new. The price was very fair and their workmanship was superb. I cannot say enough nice things about this team and what a delight it was to work with them. They are very special and they treat your items with care and professional pride making the whole experience very pleasant. I will use them again and again and again because their workmanship and attitude made it such a positive experience and one where I was delighted by the results ! I highly recommend them for your rug or furniture cleaning needs. I don't think they will disappoint!

  I have two small children (7 and 4) and as all moms know, it is almost impossible to keep the house clean, let alone the carpet. Wether its juice spills, milk spills or kids regurjutating because of the stomach flu....it's always something. Since they were babies, we've thad many different companies come clean our carpet. We were never happy with the results because there was always that stain that was and quot;permanent and could not be treatedand quot; or we ended up paying a much more expensive bill. Now that the kids are a little older, it's easier, but still, i like to have a clean house. I was referred to All Points by a friend, and decided to give it a try. From the moment they picked up the phone to the second they left my house, i was extremely satisfied with the quality of work and the customer service provided. When Martin and Monica came to my house to give me an estimate, they were very professional as well as informative. We did an entire walk through of my house, they looked at the stains on the carpet, they asked questions about the stains and where they came from in case they needed to be treated. I was surprised. After the estimate, I decided to make an appointment.....at the worst weekend possible, Super Bowl. But they were very accommodating, and squeezed me in for Saturday. They pre-vacuumed and pre-treated the heavy soiled stains on my carpet before starting the work. They steam cleaned the house and when they were done, my carpet looked like new! Plus, there was no sticky residue and the carpet dried in a few hours. Surprisingly, I got a follow up call yesterday. Monica called to see how the carpet was and asked if i was happy with the work they provided.......I think I found my preferred carpet cleaners. I can keep raving about this company, but the only thing that I can say is that they provide quality work, and you get what you pay for. Who else asks questions, informs you about their job and what they will be doing, who does a follow up call nowadays? I was more than a customer on their list, and thats why they will be on my preferred list!

  I'm the owner of a property management company, and finding a trustworthy carpet cleaning company had been a hassle until I found All Points Cleaning. Having bad experiences and tons of excuses as to why my carpets could not been properly cleaned and the price had to be higher and higher each time with my carpet cleaning company, I decided to look for someone else. We found all Points a couple of years ago and we decided to give them a try. From the initial phone call to the completion of the job, it was an extraordinary experience working with them. The lady on the phone sounded very polite. We mentioned to her we had some concerns about the carpet to be cleaned and she offered to meet with us at the place to give us a complete evaluation at no cost. We met at the place and Martin, the technician, inspected the carpet thoroughly, He told us about his cleaning method and he guaranteed at least 80% improvement. He gave us a quote that was a little higher than what we used to pay. We decided to go for it since he guaranteed our money back if we were not happy with his work. To our surprise, our carpet looked immaculate when he finished. All of the greasy spots had been removed including chewing gums. It looked awesome. We asked Martin what would happened if the spots came back (we were so used to see that) He said "that will not happen your carpet has been thoroughly cleaned and neutralized but, if it does, just call my number and we will be back to take care of it right away at no cost" The spots never came back and we were so glad we found him. Ever since Martin has been our only carpet cleaner for all of our properties through out Los Angeles. His work ethics and honesty have earned our trust to the point that we don't even inspect our carpets anymore we know they will be properly cleaned and if cleaning is not an option, He would let us know immediately so we can have it replaced. Working with this company has been an extraordinary experience and they are worth every penny.
