We originally brought our 2500 Duramax in for a torque converter and flex plate replacement, but he discovered some bigger underlying issues. Instead of just piling on costs, he worked out a fair deal with us and made sure we could get everything handled properly. Thanks to him and the team, we're now back on the road with a reliable vehicle and ready for our cross-country trip. The turnaround time was impressively fast, especially considering the extra work involved. Communication was clear, and we always felt like we were in good hands. One thing to note-the shop isn't located in the best area, but don't let that deter you. They take security seriously. The lot is kept locked and secure at all times, even during business hours. When you arrive, just pull up in front of the black gates, and someone will quickly come out to let you in. Overall, a great experience. Big thanks to Evan and the whole team for getting us road-trip ready at a fair price and great warranty. -
