2 months agoMy husband and I have thought long and hard about writing this review. We don't take putting forth bad reviews lightly. We just felt strongly that we did not want other potential clients to fall into the same trap that we did. We hired First Choice in September of 2025 to do a full master bathroom renovation and some tiling in our kitchen. There was one set back after another; one crisis after another. The sub-contractors, while very sweet people, never started their work day before 11am. Therefore, they were with us until 7-7:30 at night. That was extremely difficult. The worst part though was the total lack of communication and quite frankly concern over the delays and frustrations that we faced with the quality of work being done and time it was taking. Fred, the owner and supposed contractor, never showed up at our home once to inspect the quality of the work or address our concerns. Do yourself a favor, and look elsewhere. -
