4 months agoI called and set up an appointment, the owner came out to give me an estimate. Usually shows up in a yellow Smart car, easy going personable, at least in the beginning. I expressed my concern for my sprinkler pipes being potentially being damaged and my expectations of the install. He assured me he would inform me if he damaged any pipes and that they would install the fence as specified by me. During the install, I started noticing things that were not to my standard. The fence height was not what we agreed upon, they wanted to leave the dirt that they dug up or charge me to take it with them, the gate sizes were not what we agreed upon. A few weeks later I discovered they dug straight through four irrigation pipes and under ground low voltage wiring and never mentioned a thing about it. All that being said, I have not and will mot recommend them! If you are looking for an estimate just for comparable's, use them, they fall somewhere in the middle. Quality of install is on the lower to mid area. During and after the install, it was evident that the owner is money hungry and doesn't take pride in his work. When getting your estimate, if you plan to go with them, make sure you write out as descriptive as possible what you want and what your expectations are on the actual estimate. When things go wrong he has every excuse in the world why it's not his fault. If you are a person that doesn't know much about home building or construction in general, you might be satisfied with their work but for those of us who actually work in the field, the sloppiness and lack of pride are evident. It's easy to compare estimates from a company like Alpine Fence (Way overpriced! I do not recommend!) and a company like this and think your getting a deal but you would not be comparing apples to apples. I in no way recommend overpriced company like Alpine fence but I have to mention it because I hear so many people mention it and use this as a base line for pricing. Other companies capitalize on this for your business, give you a much lower estimate along with lower price quality work. My recommendation is find a few fence companies in your area, set estimates and try your best to make an informed decision but whoever you go with, write in detail what you want. Height of the fence, height from the ground, gate width, any potential damage caused by installers that will have to be repaired, etc. Along with timelines and start dates. 1 year agoFirst of all think twice before you guys call this company Because you going to waste your time They aren't professionals I did a schedule with them and they tried to reschedule the appointment just at the time of the appointment And yes I get upset because they didn't call ahead to letting you know Please don't go with this company At your response yes you guys tried to call me but 30 minutes after our appointment And the lady tried to reschedule the appointment But she told me at 4:00 pm Our appointment was at 9:00 am Come on man -

3 years agoThis guy had an attitude from the start, we called him back to repair the gate latch. He gave my wife the runaround until I called him. Don't waste your time, hopefully his business collapses -
