10 years agoHe found the issue that was going on, but he missed something critical that could have been possibly disastrous. My gut feeling told me to get a second opinion. When I did, I had to spend money on my home warranty company, but I got that second opinion and my gut was right. They found a big issue that could have caused something. They took my control panel and tried to find out the issue because I said it was buzzing. They found out one of the issues - the A/C unit was making a strange choice or wasn't working right. Then we went around the house. He put his little device into the outlets and found out which ones were not working, gave me advice on what to do with that. So he was knowledgeable on stuff like that. But, ultimately, I felt like I didn't get enough. I didn't feel like he fully explained what was going on with my house with electrical and I was like, "Let me get a second opinion." If I didn't get that second opinion, it could have been a real issue. They didn't charge anything extra. He came out immediately. He answered questions but there were some things he couldn't. -
