2 years agoTech came out to estimate cost of ductless air system or a central air system. I waited 3 days for an estimate with no response. So I called . They told me they do not do ductless so they dropped me with no response back! Thank you for leaving me hanging. Then a few days later I called to get an new estimate set up for a central air system. They kept me hanging on the phone then hung up! Really is this a good way to run a business? -

2 years agoIt was a great day when we discovered Ray Montes, owner of Controlled Climates! We had just spent a lot of money on a new AC install from another company but were not happy with the results. That large company would not correct the problems without charging us a lot more money. Our neighbor (who is a very pleased customer of Controlled Climates) suggested that Ray take a look at our situation. We were very impressed with Ray's knowledge, his expertise, his honesty, his work ethic and actual concern for our situation. For very little cost, he remedied our AC challenges so that we were finally comfortable. Our cul-de-sac neighbors are such great fans of Controlled Climates that 3 of us schedule our semi annual maintenance visits for the same day. We only wish we'd found Controlled Climates sooner!! Highly recommended! -

2 years agoAt this moment, I'm sharing five stars for Serena, the Customer Service assistant who answered my initial phone call. I have not used this company yet, but Serena set up an appointment for a representative to come to our house In a few days and give us a quote on a whole new system. As I wrote, this is for Serena. For years, I have been trying to find a reputable company to install what I consider a major component within our home. This has been a very frustrating experience. Most of my phone call with Serena was about my frustrations with other companies, etc., and that I was hoping to not have that experience with her company. She did not try to cut me off, her tone of voice was as if she understood, she was also apologetic that my experiences have not been good... If she was rolling her eyes on the other end of the line, lol, I couldn't tell, she was as professional and is polite as could be. So, Serena, if you see this, thank you so very much for allowing me to share my frustrations with you. You are definitely the type of a person who companies should have on the line to help with any concerns current customers or soon to be customers may have! Again, thank you! Must appreciatively, Ron.
