2 months agoI highly recommend Nick. First his communication and responsiveness via text was terrific. Quote, scheduled and booked all within a few minutes via text. He confirmed the appointment the evening before and then the morning of he showed up right on time with a smile. The job itself was impressive. We have had our carpets cleaned before but he was able to lift heavy traffic stains that others didn't. We also had a food stain that I had made many attempts to remove and no luck. He took care of it with no trace in sight. And the grout on the tile look better than I've ever seen. Finally - his integrity with the pricing was most impressive. He could have charged more and I have not known any better. But he charged me a bit lower than what he quoted me on the phone initially. That honesty goes a long way with me. I highly recommend!! -
