8 years agoThis it's the most shady company I have ever work with, there customer service the worse. Not only does this company provide bad customer service but also a stop by multiple times to fine the owner Jorge drinking alcohol during business hour. Did business with this him for 3 months and had to constantly remind him of keeping carpet in stock pay him cash and then because of his drinking problem he forgets that you had paid and keep trying to collect the unpaid balance. Multiple times we had this conversation and had to prove him that I had paid him. He also forgets the price he gives you and on multiple times he charge more than he had originally told you. Jorge sits on his office tracking every cents he cares more about your money than your business he will take your money and leave you behind with a bad service. All his installer are the same way except for his nephew but he doesn't work for him and now I understand why. Beware his price it's not the best there better prices around town with business that care about your most expensive investment in your home. Unfortunately Jorge only care about what your pocket has. -

8 years agoAs service professional I would stay away from a company like this, not only does there service it's the worse but if you have a problem good luck getting it fix. Yes, he offer extremely low price beacuse he sells discontinue carpet from manufacture. There other local carpet that offer better pricing on carpet that are not discontinue. Carpet it's your second most expensive asset in your home make your shopping experience the best of it by making a smart investment.
