1 month agoThis company has no respect for people's property. If I could give negative Stars I would this company's driver shows up to a apartment complex trying to find a gray Jeep which I own walks around my Jeep, looks in my windows, opens my drivers door and leans into my vehicle. I ask him if there is a issue and why did he get into my Jeep without permission. He said he is looking for a gray Jeep with keys on the seat. My thought is shouldn't they have a vin number license plate or some type of information for the vehicle they are picking up. I replied with you can't just get into peoples vehicle without permission he says I can if I'm towing it. Then calls whomever and says I'm here that's all I hear then he proceeds to drive away. I call the tow company and they tell me he has no information on the Jeep such as vin or plate. They lady did mention he should have called the owner of the vehicle instead of just entering into the persons vehicle. The lady was very polite and respectful. She mentioned that it would be reported to the owner of the company and the employee would talked to about it. -
