Excellent customer service and pricing continuity. Best priced, reliable quote and they delivered exactly as promised. The staff was very knowledgeable on current trends as well as timeless classics to replace the flooring throughout my condo. They worked with my schedule, ensuring a seamless transition between work of other contractors to keep the project moving along smoothly, and performed a fantastic job. 1 year agoThese people are extremely rude over the phone. I called at the beginning of the week to get a bid. He gave me an approximate bid over the phone, and said to email him with more details so he could give me a more exact bid. I emailed him. I followed up a couple days later as I didn't hear from him. Here I am calling him at the end of the week because he never got back to me. He says, 'I gave you a bid over the phone'. I say, 'Yes, but you wanted me to email you with more details so you could give me a more exact estimate'. He says they're extremely busy, he didn't have time to get to my email. I am selling a home that I just need a small indoor/outdoor carpet in. I am trying to line up 8 other contractors along with these guys. He says I did not provide him with a color. I did provide him the color along with other details in the email. I am simply just asking for a bid and a possible timeline, so I can coordinate 8 other contractors. This man will NOT STOP TALKING OVER ME on the phone. He just keeps talking over me telling me he is not going to give me a bid over the phone, they are very busy, and it's going to take at least two weeks until he will be able to help me. I was very very kind in my initial interaction with him, via email, and at the beginning of this phone call. The way that he would not stop repeating himself and would not stop talking over me was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would never work with these people.
