4 months agoThis company has an extremely bad reputation. I previously canceled my service, but they failed to actually process the cancellation and continued sending service notifications. I have called their office dozens of times, and no one has ever answered. Despite this, they still sent a technician to my property. No service was performed, yet I was charged anyway. To this day, I am still unable to reach anyone at the company. This is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. -

5 months agoI have been using Econex since 2019, but the service has been declining. I used to have the same technician every time, but after he left, a different technician shows up on each visit. The technicians don't seem very experienced, as they only spend about 10 minutes spraying the perimeter of my home. We have many spider webs around, yet they never take the time to de-web them. And I need to keep reminding them to check the bait stations and glue traps. Additionally, they introduced a new policy requiring customers to leave their property for two to three hours during interior treatments. I was never informed about this. When I mentioned it to one of the technicians during a visit, they said they couldn't proceed and that I would need to call the office. I've been trying to reach them all month, but they never answer or return my calls. I have already paid for the service, but it remains unfinished. Is this company a scam? -

7 months agoOur Econex service provider, Jake, is always efficient and attentive. He consistently checks in with us upon arrival to ensure any special requests or needs since his last visit are addressed. We are very pleased with Econex and Jake in particular. -

7 months agoBeware! Do not do business with Econex! Terrible customer service! Have been a customer since 2009 when it was called Barrett and then they sold to "Scout" who later sold to Econex. You used to be able to call the office and someone would answer and you could reschedule or ask for additional service. Over the last six to eight months now all calls go to voicemail and no one returns them. The web site portal is useless and you cannot reschedule anything on line or chat with anyone. I'll be going over to their office in Anaheim and cancelling my service and go with another pest control company. -

7 months agoNo customer service. Looks like I'm not the only one not able to get a hold of anyone. I have emailed 3 times, left 2 voicemails and called 3 different numbers found on website/bill/Google. I'm also not able to get into my online portal. Trying to cancel service. Based on other reviews I'm sure I won't be hearing back from anyone and will just have to contact credit card company when my next charge shows up. UPDATE: Apparently a Google review is the only way to get a response! After multiple attempts over 2 weeks and no response, I finally got a cancellation confirmation text within a couple hours of leaving a Google review.
