This sealed entryways but store mouse traps with peanut butter. They do not survey the entire house just area the customer may have seen a mouse. After i and my son looked further in my home there was evidence of mice. Not very thorough! They are nice but service does not warrant the amount they charge. I am a SeniorCitizen and on a fix income but feel taken advantage of. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE! After paying the money, it's as if they disappeared. Although it will cost more for me, I have another company coming out because I cannot stand it. I have requested some of my money back. I received a text from Rueben stating he felt betrayed. In business, when the customer isn't satisfied with the job there is a resolution process. Rueben does not want to resolve the issue nor does he want to refund some of funds he received. Therefore, it will affect your business getting paid for incomplete job with bad reviews without trying to resolve the issue. 03/03/2025, per Rueben, before he provide a partial refund I need to remove the review. Removal of a review should not be used providing a partial refund for an incomplete job.
