Melissa was awesome throughout the entire process, and was incredibly patient and knowledgeable while we tried to decide on what we wanted. Justin was also great, even came by to offer guidance to the installers even though it wasn't their company installing - next time it will be! We just can't say enough how much we appreciate them during our home reno. Our floors turned out stunning and we will definitely be repeat customers. -
