3 weeks agoI ordered trash service beginning of December from these people. In almost three moths they picked up trash twice. We contacted them every week and nothing. Same old story. I live in Neosho MO. Trash kept accumulating and when they came to get the trash cans because we canceled service they said they will pick up the overflow trash with it. The didn't pick up anything my yard has bags and bags of trash that piled up over the three moths period almost. Worst trash company ever. Do not use these services I will report them to every agency I can. Hope this helped. -

3 weeks agoI am over this company. They bought out my other company so I was moved to them. They are horrible. Missed pick up constantly, pay for extra bins picked up for over flow still hasn't been picked up. Weeks later so I'm apparently paying for services I can get rendered. Called they said I'll put these notes in so they can be sure to get and come home today one bin picked up other one still sitting there. If I could give them negative stars I would. I didn't have this problem when I had Phillips trash service. Hopefully someone starts another small trash company so I can be rid of these people. I've lost track of how many times I've had to call and complain. Not to mention they like to charge your account first then send you a bill. -

Does CARDS - City of Springdale provide roll-off containers for construction projects and bulky waste removal?
We supply roll-off containers specifically for construction projects along with services for bulky waste removal beyond standard household carts. These options handle larger volumes like debris from renovations or major cleanups that exceed weekly curbside capacity. Place your container curbside on scheduled pickup days for efficient collection.
What is your typical timeline and arrival window for trash pickup?
CARDS - City of Springdale schedules weekly curbside pickup for trash and recycling on designated days for Springdale residents. Place your 96-gallon cart at the curb by the evening before your service day, as collections occur early morning within a standard daily window. What should I expect after CARDS - City of Springdale picks up my trash or recycling?
We collect waste from your 96-gallon carts or roll-off containers and transport it to our expansive waste processing facility for sorting and disposal. Recycling materials are separated to promote proper handling, while trash goes through standard processing. Your property is left with an empty cart ready for the next use, with no additional cleanup required from you.
Why is hiring you for junk removal safer and better than doing it yourself?
We manage heavy lifting and transport using specialized 96-gallon carts and roll-off containers, avoiding personal injury risks from bulky waste or construction debris. Our waste processing facility ensures compliant disposal and recycling, reducing environmental harm compared to improper DIY dumping. Flexible options like extra bins and senior rates make large-scale removal straightforward without needing personal equipment or multiple trips.
