11 months agoShould have a no star option. Run from these people, They installed a new unit in 2018, Did not connect the drain hose in the attic it destroyed my kitchen ceiling. They sent a drunk dry wall guy he slapped some putty on the ceiling said he'd be back the next day to finish never saw him again. I finished the work myself after trying to connect smart cool for 3 weeks. Now this week 2025 the evaporator coil has a hole in it and must be replaced no problem right it came with a 10 year warranty, wrong smart cool did not register my equipment as they said they did after the install. -

1 year agoYou all need to actually take head with these poor reviews! Lori and Patrick are horrible! We bought a new unit from them at the beginning of 2024, well it froze up just a week ago and the tech came out and handled it. Then the unit started leaking into our house causing ceiling damage. I reached out SEVERAL times in different ways to have them come fix that issue .....I have proof they read my messages on Facebook! It took my husband creating a fake number and pretending to be interested in a new unit and Lori called him within 2 minutes of that inquiry. I have sense reported them to the BBB, but they will absolutely never get business from us again....and hopefully no one -

1 year agoSmartCool of Arkansas "showed-up and showed-out!" I had a total unit transplant inside and outside. And of course it had to happen on a Saturday during the August Arkansas heat. Patrick & Lori had us shivering in the cold A/C asap! Plus their rates were "easy" on my wallet. I could not be happier with the service provided by the SmartCool techs. Keep up the good work! -

1 year agoAfter my install kept getting pushed back, they were FINALLY able to get it installed. The receptionist was amazing and one of the installers were amazing. Both no longer work there due to the lack of respect they receive from their employer. Unless you are of importance to the owner, you are not an importance to the company.
