3 months agoWhat a deal? Got a free heating tune-up. Matt was exactly on time and spent over 2 hours checking my heating equipment. He was very nice, friendly, and knew what he was doing, took pics of all areas and cleaned and adjusted all. No pressure to do anything to my unit and told me it was in good shape. When I do need repairs, I know who I will call first!

FAQ
Does Summit Service Group offer free estimates for HVAC services?
We provide free estimates after a thorough diagnostic of your heating or cooling system to ensure accurate pricing based on the specific needs of your home. Pricing is determined by factors like parts required, labor for repairs or installations, and the scope of work such as routine maintenance or new system setups. This approach helps homeowners understand exact costs upfront without hidden fees.
Are you licensed and insured for HVAC, electrical, and insulation work?
Summit Service Group carries full licensing and insurance to cover all our services as an HVAC contractor, electrician, and insulation contractor. Our technicians undergo regular training to meet industry standards for safe and compliant work on residential systems. Homeowners can request proof of credentials before any job begins for added peace of mind.
Does Summit Service Group handle AC unit installations and attic insulation?
We install new AC units like Goodman and Carrier outdoor systems tailored to your home's needs in North Little Rock. Our team also provides blown-in attic insulation to improve energy efficiency and comfort year-round. These services include thorough inspections to ensure proper sizing and integration with existing setups.
What should I expect for arrival times and service timelines with you?
We arrive exactly on time as scheduled, with technicians dedicating the necessary hours for complete diagnostics and repairs, such as over two hours for heating tune-ups. Service timelines vary by job: routine maintenance takes a few hours, while installations may span a full day depending on system complexity. Clear communication ensures you know the expected duration before we start.
Does Summit Service Group clean up after HVAC repairs or insulation jobs?
We leave your home clean and tidy after every service, removing all debris from repairs, tune-ups, or insulation installations. Technicians take care to protect floors and workspaces during the job and perform a final walkthrough to confirm everything is in order. This includes disposing of old parts like filters or damaged components responsibly.
Why is your professional approach safer than trying HVAC or insulation DIY?
Our technicians conduct thorough diagnostics, inspecting entire systems including electrical components and ductwork, to identify issues that DIY methods often miss and could lead to safety hazards like gas leaks or electrical faults. Professional tools and expertise ensure precise installations, such as properly sized AC units or even insulation distribution, preventing inefficiencies or future breakdowns. Homeowners avoid risks like voided warranties or improper handling of refrigerants by leaving complex tasks to trained pros.
