2 years agoVery unprofessional and came to unproperly handle business. Drilled through a flu pipe on our property and is not taking responsibility of damage. I understand making mistakes, as we are human but to not reach out to us to handle this is NOT okay. Also, I called this company to talk about this issue for it to be resolved and they hung up on me. Do not own a business if you can not be responsible. -

2 years agoBeware!!!! I had hired Mr. E. Nelson of this company to do some electrical work. Instead of doing what he was supposed to, he cut through the flue of the fireplace that was also connected to the hot water tank, causing the tank to immediately stop working. He lied to my landlord stating this had never happened and my apartment complex has photographic evidence. He claimed he would refund my money that day. He was told not to come back, and he forced his way back into my Apartment and then cut the wires to try to fix the issue after I had told him not to come in. I do not want this happening to anyone else. I am an 86-year-old year widow and it was a scary situation. -
