9 years agoThe 6 month no-interest financing, they said was available, turned out to be a credit card account that charges 21.9% interest. After discussing on two occasions with the owner (Nick), his explanations were all over the place. He eventually said "All I do man, is send you a link and I'm done man". He took no ownership in providing false information about the free financing, and was a complete jerk. Last thing he said to me on the phone was "F-you, and never call me again". Amazing that this guy is in business. Wouldn't recommend doing business with Ace Heating & Cooling at all. Too many other credible HVAC companies out there to work with. My recommendation is to go with a company who won't repeatedly lie to you, then drop an F-bomb and hang up the phone. Slick guy! -

9 years agoThe guy who came out was very nice and very helpful. He explained everything to me in detail about how my humidifier works. I had never used it before. I've lived in the house for a couple years, but I didn't know how it works, so he showed me. He made sure it was working and filled me a filter for it. Then I cranked it up to high. He kept me informed when he was coming. He was very nice.
