4 years agoSTAY AWAY!!! Very unprofessional service. First, they tried to upsell me when in site even though I got a quote in advance. Second, they told me they would be ready in a week in a week. That would be bad enough but I was moving and now that I moved they won't return my rugs unless I pay them an extra $150! They will soon be finding themselves in court but save yourself the energy and go somewhere else, anywhere else, and stay for away from these jokers! -

As a matter of fact the first time we used them was when we were having our kitchen remodeled in the condominium . We had them take our area rug and clean it and then just hold onto it until we were done remodeling. This was actually a repeat for us. The workers were wonderful. -
