4 months agoI just had a great experience with Air Fix. I was having trouble with my heating system and they happen to have an opening on same day. Brook was super helpful and nice on the phone and Eric, their tech, was pleasant and very helpful. Had me going in less than 30 minutes and at a very fair price. It is always a pain to try and find companies that the techs are not high pressure salesmen more than service technicians. Air Fix took care of the problem and I will remember them for my next service issue or replacement. -

8 months agoDon't use anyone else! Jimmy came to the house and fixed the air conditioner in the same amount of time - less than hour - that another company took to give me an estimate - which was $750 instead of the $112 AirFix charged. He spotted the problem right away and had all the tools, parts and knowledge to do the repair immediately. He also checked the system performance after the repair was made and did not attempt to upsell me with items I didn't need. He was also a very nice guy who explained what he was doing and let me watch him work.!
