5 years agoContractor did not honor his Bid .of$2400 for concrete pad and sidewalk beside the house. Due to the need to get the job done before hot tub is delivered I settled for $2000 for patio only. When project was done the employees put extra concrete in the common area and covered it up with bark dust. Employees of the HOA noticed what was done and advised me to have the contractor remove the concrete .The contractor removed part of the concrete and was called again to remove the remaining material which was done the next day. I would never use this contractor again and definitely not recommend him for future patrons. -

5 years agoJobani is very personable and responsive to deadlines. He helped make some decisions on value placement and was courteous. I expected a firm bid, not to exceed, but was charged extra for accent walls and painting the doors. I did explain to him that he needs to be explicit upfront in the charges involved. -
